How Do Inserts Work?
You tell us what kind of insert you want in the shutters and we custom build the shutters for you. Our customers provide their own fabric, glass, metal, etc and usually provide a rough drawing of what they want. Our experts put your drawing or description on paper to specification, get your approval, agree on a price and then we custom build your shutters. Most of the time, our customers install their own inserts into the shutters themselves. But, if you ship the inserts to us, we will install them into the shutters for you.
