What is your return policy?

We guarantee the quality of our custom shutters.  Our factory incorporates numerous quality control centers to insure that we deliver a superior shutter to you and your customers. In the rare case that any of our products are flawed, simply return the item to us and we will replace the item at no charge to you.

What if I measure incorrectly and the shutter doesn't fit? 

We go to great lengths to make sure that we have the correct information when we build your custom shutters.  We pride ourselves in communicating with you at every stage of production to ensure that we build a product that not only looks great, but also fits great.  If we make the mistake, return the item and we will build another and ship it at no charge to you.  If you make the mistake, we will gladly make you another at regular price.

How long will it take to get my order?

We are the industry leader in price and quality for custom manufactured shutters in the country.  We also set the national standard for delivery of your custom shutters.  Generally, we can build and ship your order in 4 to 6 weeks.  Time of delivery to you will depend on how far your order has to go. 

Who will install my new custom shutters?

Unlike other so-called shutter manufacturers, we have representatives all over the country.  If you are in one of our existing service areas, we will be happy to install your shutters for an additional installation charge.  Generally, however, most of our products sold on Louver Shop Direct are installed by the purchaser or a professional the purchaser has hired.

I am not a one-time buyer.  I am in business and I would like to place several orders.  Can I get a discount?
